Booking fees are required to secure any appointment at VLB. The fee will be fully deducted from the service but is non-refundable and non-transferable. The Late Cancellation Policy applies. If an appointment is cancelled outside of the late cancellation period, the booking fee will be issued as a credit note.
If a client is more than 15 mins late, and no contact has been made, the appointment will be cancelled and late cancellation fee will be applied/ booking fee will be forfeited.
No- Shows will strictly not be re-booked.
VLB strive to provide the best service for their clients however allergic reactions or other complications may still occur. Other solutions may be offered to assist however, once the service has been given, under no circumstances will any refunds be given.
Allergic reactions are unpredictable and unforeseeable. VLB highly recommend clients book for a patch test before booking for any full services. However, if the client chooses to book an appointment without a patch test they accept all possible risks involving allergic reactions from products advised/ used and hold VLB and staff members harmless if allergies do occur.
Lash Guarantees are only offered when contact is made within 48 hours of the treatment. This is on the exception if a Lash removal is booked on the same day that a new set applied. On this occasion, VLB are not able to offer the Lash guarantee.
Booking fees from cancelled appointments (excluding late cancellations) may be issued to clients as a credit note (coupon code) to use on other services and is valid for 12 months from issued date. They are not redeemable for cash.
NO REFUNDS for change of mind. As per Australian Consumer Laws, the client has the right to raise complaints and VLB will offer reasonable remedies.
Time delays into lash appointments (e.g. client running late or need to remove make up) will run into the booking time. Appointment will still be charged at the original cost of the service.
Brow Refreshments are calculated from the initial (first) appointment, not the touch up appointment
Clients will be automatically charged as a Full Set and only run as long as the booked duration if:
a) Last refill at VLB was over 4 weeks ago (please book in a Full Set appointment to receive the full duration of the service)
b) Lashes from another salon (please book for any Full Set and select "Free Lash Removal" service as an add-on feature)
Card payments at the salon will incur a 1.6% surcharge.
Late Cancellation Fee is the full amount of the booking fee (maybe $50-$100 depending of service)
Minimum 48 hrs notice is required to cancel/ reschedule an appointment to avoid the late cancellation fee. Booking fee will be forfeited, or late cancellation fee will be charged directly to the client.
Please note: The online booking system closes 48 hours before an appointment. Bookings within this period are considered confirmed, and booking fees will be charged. To avoid being marked as a ‘No-Show’, clients must text the salon directly on 0435 600 864 if they cannot attend.
'No-Show' -no contact, appointments will forfeit their booking fee, and the full amount owing on the service will be charged directly to the client. No-Shows will not be rebooked.
In the event of a complimentary service, if a client cancels within the late cancellation period, the service must be re-booked at the full cost.
By making an appointment, the client confirms that they have read and agrees to the conditions listed above.
